User Account

To make an account with us, provide authentic information. In case of false information, the account will be suspended.

Payments and Refunds

All the payments made will be upfront; in case a customer is not happy with the quality, a refund can be requested. Payments can be made through Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc. Refunds will be made after careful analysis of each case. A team will look at each refund case closely and decide.

Ownership

Complete ownership of the order will be shared with the customer; once delivered, OneCreativeOnline does not own it.
